This week, Canon announced it’s working on a new driver for the 3D printers in its printer line, the 1D X. Canon says the new driver is a “new and robust way to connect and configure your printer” and is available as a free download from Canon’s website.
This means you can download the driver from your PC, or just install it on your own.
The driver is also designed to support printer driver updates, so you’ll be able to continue using your printer until the next driver is released.
Canon’s driver has been around since March 2017, and it supports both 3D and 2D printers.
This is the first time we’ve seen the driver updated to support the new printer, but it’s a good start.
If you’re interested in using the driver, you can do so right now by clicking here.
If the driver doesn’t work, you might be able use the built-in software to configure your printers.
You can also download the drivers from Canon.
